Loyola University Dance Company

LUDC

The Official Dance Company of
Loyola University Maryland

About Us

The Dance Company is the largest student run organization on Loyola’s campus. Our dance company offers an ever growing variety of dance genres to the Loyola community. The company gives Loyola’s students the chance to choreograph and perform dances of all different styles, including jazz, lyrical, and hip hop. We take dancers from all different dance backgrounds and dance levels. Each dancer tries out for as many or little dance genres as they would like and the officers place them into a group according to which dancers dance well together. This system is put in place in order to best showcase everyone’s skills in an end of the semester showcase.
